We couldn’t let the week end without taking a moment to celebrate two of our own — Willy and Stacy Nelson of Kansas City, recipients of this year’s Legacy Leader Award.

If you’ve been part of the SREI community for any length of time, you already know the kind of people these two are.

Willy and Stacy lead with humility, heart, and a deep sense of purpose. They’ve been part of SREI since the early years and have poured into this community in countless ways — serving on the CSHP Membership Council, showing up as Ambassadors year after year at the Legacy Conference, and offering support, encouragement, and wisdom to anyone who needs it.

But what truly sets them apart is how they serve their clients. They are genuine champions for mature homeowners and their families — helping people make informed, confident decisions during some of life’s biggest transitions.

They don’t do it for recognition or applause; they simply live the values we talk about every day: service, mastery, and community.
