Willy began his career working with a direct to consumer marketing company in 1997. He would spend almost 6 years learning traditional marketing. He built a sales organization of 550 marketing executives and producing a half million dollars in sales annually. In 2003 he took his marketing expertise to a direct to consumer marketing company with a large online presence. He would fall in love with building an organization online. So an offline and online marketing marriage would occur! As you are building a marketing team is important to have a balanced approach. He would spend the next 11 years learning how to market effectively online using a combination of blogging, ads, and social media marketing. He would go onto produce sales team globally that would produce millions of dollars of volume for global companies representing more than 7 different countries!

Gayle Houser, Buyer’s Specialist
Gayle Houser has spent the last 30 years in the Banking/Finance/Sales Industry. She provided excellent customer service while exhibiting exemplary leadership abilities. From management, to security and compliance, Gayle has developed many skills. Her all -time favorite passion was developing and working with the banks Senior loyalty clubs.
Gayle’s first experience with this was in 1991 when she was appointed a liaison for the MESA (Mercantile’s Executive Senior) Club. That was when she realized this was her calling. In 1998 Gayle developed and managed the Red Carpet Club for First Kansas Bank in Gardner.
Thru a bank merger in 2007 Gayle was introduced to Stacy Nelson. They joined forces and combined their clubs into the amazing Classic Club of Metcalf Bank. Together they organized many special events and world-class trips for hundreds of clients.
In addition to her 28 years of Banking, Gayle spent 2 years with Edward Jones as a Regional coordinator, she spent 6 years on the Board of Directors for the Gardner Chamber of Commerce and 20 years as a Team Leader with Mary Kay. Gayle thrives in a fast paced/high energy environment. She has developed great communication, negotiating and networking skills
