Mr. Nelson’s communications were always prompt and professional, yet his approach to selling my home was also warm and personal. I sincerely felt as though he was handling my property sale as if he was a member of my family. I would recommend Willy to anyone. Just an incredibly good experience in a day and age where it seems this level of service is almost never offered. In addition, Willy sold my home during a period in which my wife was in the final stages of hospice care, and I myself was hospitalized. Willy and his wife were warm and caring and several times came to the hospital with updates and to wish me well. To say that Mr. Nelson made a potentially stressful situation much easier is an understatement.
