Being new to the Kansas City area, and more specifically the Lee’s Summit area, we had no clue where to even begin our house search. The last time we bought a home was in St Louis and it was a nightmare, so needless to say we were not optimistic……then we found Willy.Willy completely changed our expectations of what a real estate professional is supposed to be. From the beginning, Willy proved himself to be a hard worker. He continually assessed and reassessed our needs and wants and was always available. If we had a question, he either had the answer or knew someone who did. Willy continually exceeded our expectations, both with the house search and overall knowledge of the area, which was a huge help since we were knew to the area. Throughout the process Willy had contacts or recommendations for others in the community that provided services we may need down the road, and he has continued to stay in touch. Not only did we choose the right person for our real estate needs, but we feel like we found a friend as well.
